I see a change

I have combination to oily skin on my face, so I'm pretty ache prone when the weather is hot. I also get a lot of hormonal acne and the products I had been using were not working anymore. It's been a week since I started using this cleanser and let me say, I see a change. My face is purging, but now I see that it's smoother, the spots are reducing, and the black heads are reducing.
