The device relieves neck pain, realigns the vertebrae and restores the normal curvature of the neck. However, it appears to take longer than expected to recover from the pain. It seems that a good recovery will take several days to achieve. The use of the device requires the performance of exercises involving the neck and shoulders muscles.
