I am disappointed

I had an F9 wireless headset and it developed some problem. When I saw the display of this one, it wasn't looking like F9 and I admired it and ordered but then I received just a different version of the same model I had before and then it refused to charge. Now I'm just keeping it like the previous one because the cost of returning it is just the same as the refund.

Not want I expected..... Even with full charge it will work for 1hr and shut down..... Guess not a good buy for me
