Dear Team, i'm very angry, there is no possibilitiy to write a email to your company. You show Help and open an Help chat, but nothing happens, no chatting, very bad and i cannot write my meaning about Jumia, not especially for product. My address is from Germany and i cannot call you under your number !!! Then i have problem with your delivery system. Look at this product, when i look at my orders, it is declared as delivered, but isn't it, The other product, you can see also not Then i have seen, your products by delivery everyone can see, it is not in a extra package. Then the last products all where open, It is not allowable, that your personal is looking what i ordered. it belongs to the theme of data protection, this is world wide, also by you. Then i can never read what your info means Delivery option: standard door delivery. What means that, it is optional or standard. We pay for delivery, then i get it at my home door, or ? The normal you call that the product is to delivery, why say you now date, why is the product declared as delivered, it is at your delivery station, thats not correct. Look the other order '309361619 it is declared as delivered, i have it not, date from you 19-08-2021 they called and i get no pin for getting this product. Your report in home page is than wrong, or the clerks do not work good, about your saying. You see why i very angry, i support friends and there is so much uncorrect. I want very urgend a info how you bring this situation in right ways and my friends get this products.. Give me this day a return answer and a correct address to communicate.
