Items delivered in time, they check it with you for any damages before you take it and to confirm it's the item you ordered for. However, the day a customer is given within which to collect the item, the system also considers public holidays yet you don't work on those days, either be there at the pick up stations at least half a day or adjust the system to skip the public holidays as it counts down. Thanks for the good service and getting products closer to us.
