Product is not functioning well, it is not readable by a movable speaker, and also I got humiliated by one of your attendants at Fort portal, Bakan building pick up station, when I asked her to check for me the storage capacity of the flash drive, instead we exchanged tough words, jumia has a good reputation but when you just pick workers anyhowly and place them to sit on A desk which recieves many people, that's wrong and you will lose a lot. It was ashaming to tell me go home and test from your computer, what if it was a 128gb packed instead of 2TB which I ordered, after reaching home would I return it?, the girl is sounded uneducated, stupid, arrogant, villagish. My other orders you can even cancel them, expect one I paid, I will pick it, but that is the end of me with Jumia. Am not tribal am also a mutooro but I can advise you avoid Batooro in your business, very lazy, no customer care, when she sits on your computer she feels she is heaven, they do work taking their time. Please handle your people there otherwise many are getting trouble soon
