Missing bits.
The ladder arrived a day early. That is ok. Everything looks good. There are 2 stabilizers at the base of the ladder. A ziplock bag with 4 bolts was attached. But the nuts to secure the bolts were missing. The ziplock bag had been opened. I will go to a shop today to try to find some M6 Nylock nuts to secure the bolts and install the important stabilizer struts. Otherwise, the ladder looks strong and the safety hinges are a fine quality.
