Excessive noise and shaking

I have used the washing machine for almost 3 months now . The washing machine's spin motor is producing excessive noise, and it seems to be overexerting itself. Although it is designed to handle a 5kg load of clothes, the noise is so concerning that I only load it with 2kg to avoid further issues.
