This portable mini crystal valve spot-welding machine is easy to operate, mainly used for maintenance of small energy demand machines such as cell packs, electric playthings and model airplanes.

Features:

Wide welding applications of power supply: lithium cell energy supply or 12V auto cell.

Controlled by a microcomputer with single chip to achieve accurate output pulse, ensuring the welding quality.

With LCD display screen, it can display welding parameters.

The welding pens and the energy input lines are connected through U-shaped cold-pressed terminals, convenient for disassembly and replacement.

Adopts automatic welding mode, while retaining the manual trigger interface to choose at will according to the actual situation.

The energy board adopts 2oz copper to increase the over-current capacity.

Adopts 5 * 300A non-disassembled MOS tube, ensuring high quality and stable performance.

The MOS tube driver adopts the imported special chip driver, fast switch amp; safety assurance.

10AWG multi-filament flexible wire is used for the welding pen line and the input line to increase the over-current capacity.

The controller is mainly for welding nickel-plated steel strips from 0.1mm to 0.15mm.

A 25V 10000uF high-frequency low-resistance capacitor is added to the energy input for energy compensation, which increases welding stability.
