Q1:How to use the product?

A1:Connect the USB port to the USB port of your computer, connect the other port to the device, wait for the computer driver to install successfully and start debugging.

Q2:Do I need to install the driver?

A2: For systems below WIN 7, please go to FTDI's official website to download the appropriate driver for your operating system. WIN 7, WIN 8, WIN 10 will automatically install the driver under a network connection. The driver can only be installed automatically if the operating system is automatically updated and connected to the Internet network. The download time of the drivers is related to the speed of the network, usually about 10 minutes.

Q3:Is it possible to modify the serial port side?

A3:If there is an error in the port, please change it to USB-SERIAL-PORT in Device Manager, and select the port in use when you change it.

Q4:What should I do if the product does not work properly?

A4:The first step is to plug and unplug the USB port again, or change the USB port.

Step 2, check if the driver is installed successfully or find the driver automatically.

Step 3, restart the computer and plug in the USB twice.

If it still does not work properly, try another computer or contact customer service.
