1. A metal isolator is added to effectively isolate noise.
2. 1 3.5mm female and 2 3.5mm male. Plug the headset into the 3.5mm female first, then plug the shorter 3.5mm male into your for PS4 handle controller (or connect to your for Xbox One handle controller via a voice adapter)
