Good phone, frustrating Android UI

Good phone but Andriod UI is has some areas of frustration: eg up to now i dont how to change data SIM card; the back button on wrong side; as if has no vibrate-only button for meetings i see only do not disturb which if you forget after meeting you miss calls; the radio has not has sleep timer; the phone comes pre-selected with calls to 1 SIM card and finding where to make it that i decide all the time is very hidden.
