Adopting 2-section extendable design and convenient twist lock, its length can be adjusted from 225mm to 360mm at will. 1/4 & 3/8 inch screw interchangeable, just unscrew the mounting plate, invert the double screw and tighten the mounting plate. With 3/8 inch female thread hole on the bottom, suitable for most trods on the market, easy to increase the height of the trod or monopod. Coming with a 1/4" to 3/8" screw adapter, so it is also compatible with 1/4" mounting screw. Net weight is only 135g/165g/189g, very light and stable.
