Application:

It can be used for heat treatment such as quenching and annealing of small parts by DIY players, and it can also be used for smelting gold, sier, copper, aluminum and other metals in graphite crucibles. Matching crucibles hold 50 grams of copper or sier. The circuit can directly heat iron, carbon steel, graphite, titanium alloy and other materials. Copper, aluminum and 304 stainle steel heat very slowly. Graphite crucibles are consumables that oxidize into carbon dioxide when used. When using molten aluminum, it can be used more than 10 times.

The power supply requires a current of more than 20A. It is recommended to use a high-power switching power supply, such as a communication power supply (switching power supply). It is not recommended to use ordinary batteries, with sufficient current and no overcurrent protection measures. If there is a power supply 24-36V transformer, it can also be used after rectification, and the filter is more than 33000uF. It should be noted that the voltage becomes 1.4 times after the transformer is rectified, so do not use a transformer with a voltage exceeding 36V.

When king up the ignition coil, wrap 1.5 wires around the square iron core above the ignition coil for 10 turns, at both ends of the copper posts on both sides of the circuit. If the high voltage is output to the power supply, one circuit can drive 4 ignition , and the input and output of the ignition are divided.

Required complete set of equment: power supply, 16A open circuit, heating circuit, fan, chais, water pump, water pump, power adapter, silica , main circuit + copper tube or circuit + copper tube + crucible 2 kinds of mixture.

Note:

1. If you are working, it must be a cooling fan blowing from top to bottom to cool its resonant , magnetic ring and other components.

2. No heating, heating titanium aluminum material, the heating coil should be smaller, as close as poible to the diameter of the object to be heated.

3. Requires power and cooling. The water pump can use a normal water pump aquarium. You can also use a gear pump, the water preure is relatively large, and the 24V power supply. If not a pump or directly use tap water through a hose connected to the copper pe.

4. For iron or iron pe objects, if you use a 40mm diameter heating rod with a diameter of no more than 10mm, use a 50mm heating rod with a diameter of no more than 20mm or the circuit may be damaged due to exceive current. An can be installed between the power supply and the heating driver board to monitor the current.

5. Please pay attention when using switching power supply, because large power supply generally has slow start characteristics, it will only be turned on when the output voltage rises slowly, but if the voltage rises to 10V, the connected induction heating circuit will not start because the starting voltage is not enough, resulting in two fais. Each MOS tube is turned on at the same time, burning the components. The power supply and heating will activate a switch between the switching power supply circuit, and the voltage regulator is connected to the circuit for induction heating.

6. Crucible heating When the alumina crucible ceramic fiber paper is placed at the bottom and surrounding of the graphite crucible, the alumina crucible will be heated evenly, otherwise it will be unevenly heated and broken. Air and insulation from graphite, extending quantities and reaching higher temperatures.

There are two types of fans available: one is 24V and the other is 48V. The two best are high-end power fans. These two fans are powered by the former 12-24V power supply, and the latter is powered by a 24V-48V power supply. The voltage is slower at low speed. When running at rated power, the wind is more than 5-10 times that of the computer case cooling fan.
