How to Soed this probl?

Q1: Why can't I find the wifi hotspot on my phone?

An: When the power is on, please wait 3-5 minutes , the red and blue lights on, then refresh your phone to find the wifi name FXXXXXXXX , connect and use it. If there is no WiFi hotspot appearing for a long time, please try to reset the camera and then test.

Q2: Why the device offline?

An: 1, please che if the wifi FXXXXX is connectted and used. 2, Into lookcam app che the device if is online.

Q3: How to e monitor it?

An: 1, Confirm the device is online, into LOOKCAM app setting change the WIFI to your home area wifi internet , connect with it. 2, Che the device if is online. Connected succuful, you could turn off the wifi network, use your mobile phone 2G/3G/4G network directly

Q4: How to reset the camera?

An: Use a tool cli the reset key, until the light not on, and the red/blue light on again, the camera is reset succusful.

Q5: The plug is not compatible with soets in my country， how to do it?

An: The camera is design for most of Standard EU plug, the E type soert is not suitable for it, it need to work with a suitable adapter, before buy the goods please pay attention it.
