This flows around 20% more volume due to the 2 mm thicker internal gear over the before 10mm oil fitted to most subaru models.
It is great for high RPM use where your oil could not keep up with the needed oil output to properly lubricate your engines internal components. These are more suited for cars using larger sumps, external oil coolers etc.
