- Heat Generation: • When making the system design. To avoid intense heat generation, theoperating current should be decided after considering the ambient maximum temperature of LED’s. The operate within the maximum current ratings. ( Constant current LED drivers are recommended for high power COB LED Chip ) • The LEDs must be mounted on metal core PCB, heat sink or thermal pad. The LED work temperature is controlled below 60°C.
