How to Connect to Xbox One

Plug the receiver into the USB port of the console, receiver's light fes. Then pre controller's HOME on, controller's light fes. When the controller's light and receiver's light are always on, the connection is succeful.

How to Connect to PC

The same way as connecting the XBOX. Pre and hold the HOME on for 5 seconds to switch to the X-INPU and D-INPU modes. Note: if you can't connect or charge, pls pre the controller reset on to reset the controller.
