1. Can I Use This Protection Board for My Battery?


Answer: There Are Two Questions to Consider Whether You Can Use This Protection Board: How Many Strings Are Your Batteries? You Need to Buy a Protection Board Corresponding to the Number of Strings. Second, What Material Is Your Battery? We Have Protection Boards with Two Parameters: Lithium Iron Phosphate and Polymer. If Your Battery Is Lithium Iron Phosphate, You Need to Select Lithium Iron Phosphate 3.2V in the Classification. If It Is Polymer (Ternary, Cobalt Acid, lithium Manganite Battery) for a Single Battery, Please Select the Classification of 3.7V Polymer for the Nominal 3.6V (Or 3.7V).


2. How Do I Judge What Material My Battery Is?


Answer: You Can Look at the Nominal Voltage of Your Battery. Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries Are Generally Marked 3.2V, While Other Batteries Are Generally Marked 3.6V Or 3.7V, you Can Also Directly Ask the Seller Who Sells the Battery What Kind of Material the Battery Is. Many Buyers Say That My Battery Is 18650 Or 26650 Soft Pack, Etc. This Is the Appearance, Not the Material! We Cannot Determine Your Battery Protection Parameters Based on This.


3. How Many Safety Protection Boards Should I Choose?


Answer: The Number of Safety Protection Boards You Choose Depends on Your Load Power. If You Use the Split Port Output, the Output Current Is about 70A and the Power Is about 800W, if the Same Port Output Is Adopted, the Output Current Is 50A and the Power Is about 600W.


4. My Battery Is 20ah. Can I Use This Protection Board?


A: Your Battery Capacity Is Not Directly Related to the Current Size of This Board. the Large Capacity Is Not the Large Battery, but Mainly Depends on the Continuous Current, That Is to Say, the Larger Your Load Is, the Larger the Continuous Current of the Protection Board You Choose, It Has No Direct Relationship with the Battery Capacity.


5. How Should the Charger Voltage Be Set?


Answer: Lithium Battery Must Be Charged with Lithium Battery Charger, Do Not Use Lead-Acid Battery Charger, Lead-Acid Charging May Have High Voltage Breakdown Protection Board MOS Tube, Causing the Protection Board to Be Overcharged without Protection. Charger Voltage Setting: Use Your Battery Pack String Number * 4.2V This Is Not Lithium-Ion Battery Charging Voltage, Lithium-Ion Battery Charging Voltage Is Battery String Number * 3.60V This Is Lithium-Ion Battery Charging Voltage, the Charging Current Standard Is 0.2 Times the Capacity.


 


The Significance of Balance: the Battery Pack Is Connected in Parallel with Cell of Many Pieces and Then Connected in Series. Each Cell Cannot Be the Same. Therefore, the Battery Pack Can Only Be Put into a Group with Similar Performance When Matching Groups, however, When Charging, Due to the Inconsistent Performance of Each Cell, the Voltage Will Be Inconsistent after the Charging Is Completed. Equalization Means That Cell of the High Voltage Will Be Discharged by Resistor during Charging, wait for Cell of the Low Voltage to Charge the Voltage High, with the Same Voltage of Each Cell, and the Performance of the Whole Group of Batteries.
