Sampling clification
The product sampler can be divided into three specifications based on current: 50A, 100A, and 350A:
50A sampler: suitable for charging and discharging current between 5-50A;
100A sampler: suitable for charging and discharging currents between 50-150A;
350A sampler: suitable for charging and discharging currents ranging from 150 to 350A;
Note: The size and function of the Coulomb meter are the same, but the internal s are different. It must be suitable for the matching sampler and cannot be interchanged.
Wiring method:Wiring method for 50A sampler:
--Conventional version: This sampler is connected to a four core plug wire, with two already welded to the sampler. One end of the sampler is welded to the negative electrode of the battery panear the red line, and the other end is welded to the negative electrode of the discharge and charging near the blaline. The other two wires, red wire, are connected to the positive pole of the battery pack, while the blawire is connected to the negative pole of the battery pack. After the connection is completed, one end of the plug is docked with the Coulomb meter display port, and can be used normally after g powered on.
--Upgraded version: To use this sampler, one shielded wire and 0.3-0.75mm square wire are required; The B-end of the sampling board is connected to the negative electrode of the battery pack, and the P-end is connected to the negative electrode for discharge and charging. Then connect one end of the prepared wire to the positive pole of the battery paand the other end to any of the B+terminals on the sampling board. After the wiring is completed, the shield wire is connected to the sampling socket at one end and the Coulomb meter display screen at the other end. After g powered on, it can function normally.
Be careful:
If the coulomb meter is applied to lithium batteries, it is recommended to cooperate with a battery pawith the same port, that is, a lithium battery pawith only positive and negative wires; If using a 3-wire or 4-wire split battery pack, the lithium battery paneeds to be disembled and the Coulomb meter sampler connected in series to the negative electrode between battery B - and the protective plate; Need to purchase furniture and have practical skills. Please strictly follow the wiring diagram for wiring. RS+and RS - must be connected to the negative circuit of the battery, and it is strictly prohibited to connect to the positive circuit! The shielded wire cannot be extended twice! If a second extension is required under special circumstances, the extended wire must be of the same material and diameter!
