Recently, we have received feedback from some customers that they will not use this camera.

Please follow the following usage steps to ensure normal use.

• 1. Charge until the blue indicator light goes out to ensure that the camera has sufficient power.
• 2. Press the 'NO' key to turn on the camera and long press the 'MODE' key for 5 seconds to Factory reset.
• 3. Scan the QR code on the instruction manual to download the '365Cam' app and open all user permissions. Permissions such as "using a camera" and "accessing an album".
• 4. There are two connection methods for opening the app.
• (1) WIFI connection, connecting the camera and phone on the same WiFi.
• (2) Connect directly, there will be a password free WIFI signal in the phone settings. Click the link.
• 5. Set it in the app as needed, such as turning on infrared night vision mode, motion detection mode, etc.
• 6. If you need to store the shooting content, please insert a TF card.

Reminder: The camera has run out of battery during long-term transportation. Please charge it before use. There may be various problems during first use. Please repeat the above steps and try again.
