This adjustable elbow splint both can adjust the length and curvature.

the length can adjust 35cm to 41cm .the flexion can be adjust 0° to 120°.
0° means totally straighten. 120° means you can bend you elbow until your hand can touch you shoulder.
in words , your upper arm and your lower arm can adjust in 60° to 180°.180° means totally straight.
by the way it is also can adjust elbow in a fix angle(0° to 120°）to make the elbow comfortable.
