1. Quality: The approximate range of 1.5mm thickness is between 1.3-1.6mm, and the range of 2mm thickness is between 1.8-2.2mm. Please do not imagine comparing it with other standards that do not match the product. If you have imagination problems, please take a detour and get what you pay for. In addition, compared to a thickness of 2mm and above, a 1.3mm thick pad is more prone to edge peeling. It is important to remind everyone that the thicker the product, the better its firmness, and the less prone it is to edge peeling. This is a common problem in the mouse pad industry, and we have been working hard to improve it. Friends who mind, please choose to lock the edges or choose thicker ones, which will be better.
2. Error: Due to the elasticity of rubber, the specifications of the product cannot be the same as steel, and there may be an error of about 0.2mm in thickness. Suggest using a standard tape measure to measure thickness.
3. Taste: Compared to others, our mouse pads can now be said to have a smaller taste on the market. Generally, they cannot be smelled without being close to the nose. Sometimes I am quite busy, and mouse pads are packaged right after production, so I don't have time to place them. When I first open the packaging box, there is a slight rubber smell, and it will be much better to leave it open for a few days.
4. Printing: The text on the monochrome mouse pad may slightly protrude when touched by hand, which is normal and does not affect its use. It is inevitable that some individual prints may be slightly skewed, which is a normal phenomenon. If you want to print a QR code, please explain in advance that it should be able to be scanned after printing, otherwise it has nothing to do with us if it cannot be scanned after printing.
5. Color difference: Some customers have reported dissatisfaction with the color of the goods after receiving them, which may be too light, slightly dark, or shiny. It is necessary to remind everyone that there may be some differences between the effect pictures (design drafts) made on the computer and the actual printed product, but please rest assured that it will not be very large. If you have high color requirements, please contact our customer service. We will arrange to send you a sample first and confirm it is satisfactory before production. If you do not require confirmation of the sample color and material, our factory will not be responsible for any disputes caused by dissatisfaction with the color received.
