3. Product sampling: All luggage styles can be made according to the physical samples or pictures provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected according to the customer's requirements to control the product cost and unit price. Generally, there is a choice of fabric in regular colors, and special colors need to be customized. Sample time: about 3-7 days, sample fee: 100-300 yuan will be charged based on the complexity of the product, and refunded after placing the order. The cost of making the board needs to be calculated separately: silk screen printing and embroidery for 1-3 colors will be charged 100-300 yuan, rubber plate mold opening will be charged 600 yuan, and metal mold opening will be charged 600 yuan.
4. Contract: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, manufacturing process, and delivery time of the ordered products, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be subject to the provisions of the contract.
5. Production time: Generally, the production time for fabrics is about 15 days. If the goods are very urgent, production can be prioritized according to the workshop's scheduling situation, and delivery should be made as early as possible. It takes about 15-30 days to order special materials and colors.
6. Packaging method: Each individual product is packaged in OPP bags (transparent plastic bags), 100-200 pieces per box, using high-quality and durable cardboard boxes to prevent product damage during transportation.
7. Transportation method: We can handle the shipment on our behalf, and the freight will be according to the contract agreement. I can send a car to deliver the goods to your doorstep. Non local customers can choose: a. Automobile transportation (there is a long-term dedicated line to the company, and companies such as Xinbang and Debang can also be used, and delivery can be specified to the doorstep or payment can be collected on behalf of the customer). b、 Air transportation (suitable for customers with particularly urgent schedules, as it is faster and more expensive).
8. Payment method: A 30% deposit is required for the order, and the goods can be inspected at our factory before delivery. After paying the remaining 70%, the shipment will be arranged.
