Installation:

1. The watchdog hardware plugs into the 's USB 9 pin socket.

2. The red & black line 2 Pin header connects to the ‘reset'pin (the position where the chais panel reset on is inserted).

3. If you need to use the reset on for the chais panel, you can use theadapter cable to connect the chais reset on.

Method for deter positive and negative direction of reset line(red & black):

1. Red line → Reset+,

Black line →Reset-(or GND).

2. The on of chais plug in, positive and negative does not matter.

3. If you don't know how to distinguish the positive and negative of the's reset pin, Just plug in, the chais ‘reset' on is justplug in. Pre the‘Reset' on on the chais after power on, a normalrestart then correct. It is connected wrong if no response when you prethe reset on, to change thelocation of red & black lines on the after power off.

After the hardware installation is complete, use the following methodto test whether the watchdog is working properly:

1. The watchdog light fes once every second after the system starts;

2. Open the feed-dog ( USBWatchDog.exe ), the icon appears in the lower rightcorner of the desktop, Right-click on the icon after a few seconds, Exitthe , the system will restart after 10 seconds.

3. Complete the instructions above watchdog is installed correctly, using aswell.
