[Adjustable Tension]Road pedals can be adjusted with a Hex wrench, by turning the adjusting knob, "-" for release of tension, "+" for tensioning. If it is tight to lock and unlock the cleats from pedals, adjust to the minimum tension. Beginners should use it after repeated practice to avoid the danger of being unable to remove the cleats. (The product does not contain a wrench)

[EASY INSTALLATION]The road pedals are left (with threaded ring) and right (without threaded ring). Turn the left pedal counterclockwise, turn the right pedal clockwise to install. First try to screw directly by hand, then tighten with a tool until maximum torque is reached.
