Attention Please!

1, After your order,please tell us the amount for apply customs taxes, the actual amount for goods or reduce amount, because this is related to your customs taxes you need pay in your place.

(We will reduce actual amount and use low price when we send goods in normal,if you need keep actual amount or other amount,please tell us when you order it.)

2, All our parts are tested well before sending, when you buy any parts, please give me your request printer model, voltage 110volt or 220volt, status or other details for goods and your receiver’s.Please confirm your machine problem,and need know how to install it or have technicals to fix it.

3, If your goods shipping is delayed, please contact with us for extending the delivery date. Sometimes there is other reason, such as weather, holiday, etc. Hope you can understand.

4, When goods arrive in your place,please help and cooperate with customs clearance of shipping company.Check goods well before signature of shipping bill.If goods damage or broken,please refuse to receive and contact with us as soon as you can.

5, After you get goods, if any problem, please tell us early within 3days.If you want to exchange or return goods, you should pay all of the shipping fees (also include all other additional fees for return back) and pack goods well in their original status.We need goods in good condition no damage or broken. About return goods, we just accept by post office (EMS, Post air mail or other post way).
