The following conditions are not eligible for returns or exchanges: the returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or related information are incomplete, it has not been repaired or modified without authorization, it has not been used or stored according to normal methods, and the product has exceeded the after-sales service period.
Delivery time
After the customer pays the payment, we will arrange the goods immediately and usually ship them within 1-3 days. Due to the need to stock up (some products may be out of stock and require production), customers are advised to place orders in advance based on their actual situation to avoid being unable to arrange them immediately in case of urgent need, which may affect your business operations. If each item arrives on the same day, we will ship it on the same day. Please do not rush for this.
Receiving standards:
1. When the buyer picks up the goods, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or damaged, the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open and check in person. If any errors are found, please negotiate compensation with the company in person. If it cannot be resolved, please do not take away the goods first and contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, upon receipt, it shall be deemed as acceptance of the goods without objection.
2. All products in our factory undergo strict testing before shipment. As they are plastic toys, the factory quality assurance pass rate is over 97% -98%. 2% -3% have unpredictable issues, which fall within the scope of exemption.
3. Due to the fact that our shipments are all handled by our company, which uses vehicles for transportation, there may be very few losses during normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement, so please specify the transportation company you need. We do not assume transportation insurance for incidents such as crushing toys during transportation. It is recommended to purchase insurance during transportation, with a normal handling fee of 3% -5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.
4. We handle shipping and transportation procedures on behalf of our clients. All shipping fees are on a collect basis. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage, the shipping fee can be used as a guarantee. It is generally recommended not to prepay.
Disclaimer clause
1. The goods are usually produced and shipped according to customer orders. The products are mainly made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper materials. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, some individual products may be damaged during transportation (such as slight scratches caused by collisions, or slight deformation of individual color boxes in the packaging). In this regard, we will use double-layer packaging, cushioning materials, compact stacking and other methods to avoid damage incidents. Transportation is completed by a third-party company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. The transportation time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and transportation conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.
2. Our toys are of good quality and reasonable price, exceeding the value for money
After receiving the goods, some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough, defective, the materials are not good, and it is different from what they imagined. However, these are not quality issues.
