Return and exchange regulations:
Non quality issues are not accepted for returns or exchanges. If returns or exchanges are required, a depreciation packaging fee of 2 yuan will be deducted for each bag. If there is a quality issue with the goods or if it is our fault that the wrong goods were sent, we will replace them for you (if requested, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will bear the shipping cost). You can apply for a return within 3 days of receiving the goods (calculated from the date of receipt). 5. Used and washed products cannot be exchanged
6. Without contacting us and informing us of the reason for return or exchange, returning the item without authorization will not be accepted
7. Serious reminder: Products without quality issues are not accepted for returns or exchanges. Products with quality issues can be returned.
8. The problem is that there may be slight smudging and uneven patterns during manufacturing, which is a normal phenomenon and should not be considered a quality issue.
