Answer:Each strand has a small hook to attach to metal rod with slit opening. I strung wire up behind my rod to make it easier to slide the lights where I want them. Question:Is this 1 panel of lights or 2. Like can they be split for 2 sides of a window? Answer:It's actually a long row of lights with small hooks on it.
