This driver board has the following features:

1. Made of military grade 1.6MM double-sided fibergla board

2. Using factory-designed large inductors, the parameters are consistent and the performance is more stable (30MM large ic ring, using 1.2MM pure copper wire)

3. All s use five-ring tight s (five-ring precision s have small error and work more stable)

4. The current at the bottom of the circuit board is mostly tinned (can be used for induction heating. Generally, in order to save cost, the general busine can only do the high voltage package drive without opening the window. Once used for induction heating, it will burn out because the copper is light. Over current is not enough

5. Generally, it is powered by 12-30V DC power supply. The current needs to be more than 10A. Because the driver board works in Zero Voltage Switching, his efficiency is the highest. Other drivers can't be used. In comparison, the higher the voltage, the longer the arc is drawn (I personally test that the 27V/1 switching power supply can pull the arc above 80MM, basically no heat), and can also be used for induction heating or quenching. This is also the higher the voltage, the faster the heating. At the same time, the greater the heat, it is recommended that the diameter of the heated solid object does not exceed 2/3 of the coil.
