- Heat Generation: • When making the system design. To avoid intense heat generation, the operating current should be decided after considering the ambient maximum temperature of LED’s. The operate within the maximum current ratings. ( Constant current LED drivers are recommended for high power COB LED Chip ) • The LEDs must be mounted on metal core PCB, heat sink or thermal pad. The LED work temperature is controlled below 60°C.
