Set the time:

Pre and hold mode for 3 seconds to enter time Setup mode

The hour number flashes and can be set by setting the number of hours by up or down.

Pre MODE again: the minute number flashes, which can be set by preing up or down to set the minutes.

Set Alarm:

Pre MODE to view alarm time

Pre and hold the mode and pre and hold for 3 seconds to enter alert settings mode.

To set up a calendar:
