Check before measurement 1) Check whether the has sufficient power, if the power is insufficient, please fully charge it before using it 2) We the tested part with 75% 2. Wear a wrist strap 1) Wear the wristband on your wrist, do not have clothing or acceories on your wrist, and the display should be on the front of your wrist 2) Wrap the wristband around the wrist, the bottom of the wristband should be 1cm~2cm above the palm (as shown in the ture) Correct measurement method: Please measure in a quiet, relaxed state with your back straight and sit comfortably ①Put your elbows on the table ②Keep the wrist strap at the same height as the heart ③Relax your palms upwards note: ①Do not turn your wrist back ②Do not clenched fists ③Do not bend your wrist ④Please keep your wrists and fingers still 3. After the measurement, the will display your blood preure and pulse rate. 3) After the measurement is completed, remove the wrist strap and pre the [ON/OFF] key to manually shut down.
