Dual Purpose Spring Tensioner Chest Expander
1. Plastic handle design, easy to grip.
2. Used for pulling, grasping and expanding to strengthen body muscles.
3. Five springs can be adjusted as needed (as the strength increases, only need to increase the tension, it is recommended not to less than 3 during training).

1. Stand with your feet apart, bend your left and right elbows, and bend the spring with your hands.
2. Straighten the arms upwards, bend the spring, and then gradually relax, repeating several times.
