Q&A

A:It may be that the built-in rechargeable is dead. You can plug the timer into the socket and charge it for more than 15 minutes. Press the RESET button to reset the system.

Q:Can the timer set the second?

A:The timer can only be set to minutes and cannot be set to seconds.

Q:Can the timer retain the settings after the power is turned off?

A:The timer has a built-in battery, and the settings can be retained after the power is turned off.

Q:Can I charge when the built-in is dead?

A:The timer can be automatically charged by plugging it into the socket. It is recommended to charge it for at least 4 hours.

Q:Under the random function, the timing is set to 18:00, and automatic opening does not work?

A:Under the random function, if the time of the scheduled time is set before 18:31, depending on the size of the random number, the random function may or may not start. It is recommended to set the timing time to 18:31 to ensure that the random function works normally.

Q: After the product has been used for a period of time, the screen is not displayed or the display is incomplete. What causes it?

A: In this case, you can conclude that the built-in of the product is power off. Please plug the timer into the power socket and press

the reset button to charge it automatically. After the timer is charged for 4 hours, it will return to the normal display state and the new switch time needs to be reset. If the timer is charged for more than 4 hours, the screen is not displayed, indicating that the timer battery

has been damaged.

Q: How long is the built-in life of the timer? If the timer is not used after a period of time, do you need to reset the timer?

A: The life of the timer is about 1W. It is recommended that if the timer is not used for a long time, please plug the timer into the power socket. If you need to unplug it, please ensure that it is charged for 4 hours per week. If the timer is not charged regularly for 4 hours per week, then its previous settings will be invalid, the screen will not display, you need to reset and charge for 4 hours, then set a new switch time.
