1. Quality issues (objective factors):
Within 7 days after receiving the goods, contact customer service personnel and take photos to confirm that it is a product quality issue. Returns and exchanges can be made. If photos are not provided or contact is delayed, the customer will bear the loss.

3. Less or wrong shipment:
Please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, including the bill of lading number, distribution list, photos, and the actual weight of the received goods. If the goods are not picked up or contacted later, the customer will bear the loss. After checking with the distribution list, if there is a shortage or incorrect shipment, we will resend the goods to you.
