If the postman leaves the scene and the member fails to inspect the goods, the consequences shall be borne by the member.

Due to the continuous increase in product styles, some styles that are too popular or still in production in the factory may experience stock shortages. We usually do not notify customers if there are less than five items out of stock. We will send the goods to you and refund the corresponding amount for the out of stock items after you receive them, or resend them in the future. Due to the significant waste of shipping costs for sending one or several products separately, if it is necessary to send them separately, the shipping costs will be borne by ourselves, and our company will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. If there is a significant shortage of stock, we will notify you through methods such as Wangwang or phone, and make arrangements after you make a decision.
Product Return and Exchange
If there are any quality issues with the product, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Each of our products undergoes multiple inspection processes from production to warehousing and then to outbound, but we cannot guarantee that every product sent to you will be a qualified product. For problematic products, we usually have the customer store them first. The accumulated problem products have been returned again. Our company is responsible for the return freight. The buyer pays the freight first, and we will return the freight in time by Alipay transfer after receiving the goods. For collect items, our company rejects them.
