The fu el filter is connected in series to the pipe between the fu el pump and the throttle body inlet. The function of the fu el filter is to remove the solid debris such as iron oxide and dust contained in the fu el to prevent the fu el system from clogging (especially the injector nozzle).
Reduce mechanical wear and tear, to ensure stable engine operation and improve reliability. The structure of the fu el filter consists of an aluminum shell and a bracket with stainless steel inside, on the bracket is equipped with a high-efficiency filter paper sheet consisting of a daisy-shaped filter paper sheet to increase the circulation area. EFI filter can not be used with the carburetor filter.
Since EFI filters are often subjected to fu el pressure of 200-300KPA, the pressure strength of the filter is generally required to reach more than 500KPA, while there is no need to reach such a high pressure for chemical filters.
