FAQ

Q:How to store a video camera?

A:Currently,the camera support 16G format Cla10 TF Card,max supports 64G.When the TF Card is full,it will delete eaier video automatically and loop recording.

Q:The camera be offline,how to do?

A:Che the power and WiFi.

Restart the camera.

Reconfigure the camera.

Q:How to switch network environment?

A:When using in the new network environment,please long pre the reset on(SET) for 6～ 8 seconds release the on.It means that restored to factory setting succefully.Then you can start to connect network configuration again.

Download "HDWIFICAMPRO"APP

Method 1

Scan the QR (ture 1) code directly to go to the download screen (ture 2). Select appropriate download according to your mobile phone system. （ Note：Android APK ） This kind of installation is only available for Chinese Mainland).

For Android phones, seah for APP named “HDWIFICAMPRO” inGoogle Play,

download and install it.

For hone, APP named “HDWIFICAMPRO” in AppStore, download and install it.

Point the camera phone connection

Enter the phone settings where WIFI signal inside, find the signal (this is the hine UID number is unique to each hine) and connected. as the ture shows

Then open the phone APP (HDwificamPro) appears as shown in the figure, this signal is the hine's UID UID of each hine is different, even after cliing on the plus sign shown above to add into the camera as shown below.

Find the installation location of the signal router, configure the camera to enter a paword into the router as shown below.
