1、 Material advantages: Polytefluoroethylene (PTFE), also known as Teflon/Teflon or Plastic King (F4), is a copolymer of tefluoroethylene monomers, which has the following advantages;

01. stability: Almost all resistance, such as strong acids, bases, or oxidizing agents, and organic solvents, do not affect it.

02. Thermal stability: The cracking temperature is above 400 ℃, so it can operate normally within the range of -200 ℃ to+350 ℃.

03. Wear reduction: PTFE material has an extremely low friction coefficient of only 0.02, which is 1/40 of rubber

04. S lubrication: PTFE material has outstanding s-lubrication on its surface, and almost all viscous substances cannot adhere to its surface.

2、 Filling modification: However, pure PTFE is not wear-resistant, and if it has practicality, it must be filled and modified. We adopt two methods: one is filling modification, adding gla fiber, carbon fiber, , molybdenum disulfide, etc. to PTFE. Another method is organic filling modification by adding polyphenyl ester, polyphenylene sulfide, etc. to PTFE.

Through modification, the wear resistance of PTFE has been increased by 2000 times, and the rigidity and thermal conductivity have also been increased, enabling the oil seal to meet the requirements of high service life.

3、 Sealing prince: The PTFE oil seal lip is pulled into a trumpet shape during proceing. Due to the memory conction ability of PTFE after g drawn, the friction heat generated during operation causes the lip to continuously conct, so there is no need for the help of springs. It will tightly hold onto the shaft, preventing any gaps between it and the surface of the shaft and compensating for wear.
