How to power on/off:

Press the M butoon to power on.

Press the M button again to power off or automatically power off without operation in 18s.

How to measure temperature:

Point to forehead with 3-5cm distance.

Press the largest measuring button to measure.

How to switch measuring mode:

Power on the device,and press "—"  button about 3s to switch body/object mode.

How to switch ℃/℉:

Power off the device,press "—"  button about 5s until "Fl" sign appears in left corner,press  "—"  button 3 times until "Fl" turns to "F4" and temperature unit will appear in right corner,switch between ℃/℉ by pressing "+" button,and power off the device to save.
