Installation Environmental Requirements:

Common Faults and Treatment Methods:

1 . Check whether the power supply is normally energized , energized display will indicator light to show the temperature, not energized will not light.

2. Normal energized, the water flow open, press the on/off key, the machine starts heating, water heater display: water temperature.

3. If the temperature does not rise, there are two possibilities: one is the water heater internal temperature control switch (overheating conservation switch) to jump, press the temperature control switch, can be restored.  Another is the heating pipe failure, replace the heat pipe can be.

4. If the display does not heat, the display running lights turn around, that the water flow did not pass through the water heater, or the water pressure is too low, or the installation direction is wrong, pay attention to the water inlet and outlet to be installed correctly, but if the water pressure is enough, there is a water flow is not heated, then check the water heater inlet turbine, there may be dirt stuck turbine, resulting in the water heater does not start.

5. Water heater outlet pipe length is recommended not to exceed 3 meters, if exceeded may be due to the water pipe long water pressure difference, water pressure is not enough to start. (If the water tower is used in rural areas, the height of the water tower is required to be higher than 10 meters, so that the water pressure reaches the value of the start.)

6. The display shows E1 over-temperature, E3/E4 or temperature sensor failure, the first power off, with cold water over the machine, and then energized to use, pay attention to the usual use of water flow is not too small!

7. heating tube failure display E2, need to replace the heating tube.
