2.If the Bluetooth connection cut out when using some features, the data will not upload to the app. As well, there may have a delay when uploading those data.

Please keep a good Bluetooth connection when monitoring heart rate or sleep and wait for a while to complete the data transmission.

3.The data on the fitness tracker will be deleted on the day, please view the recent data on the app for comparison and record.

4.For sleep , the default time is 22:00-8:00. Please wear the fitness tracker cling to your wrist when sleeping, otherwise the data will not be tracked at all.
