If you expect the quality of a product priced at 5 yuan or 10 yuan from a price of 1 yuan or 2 yuan, we cannot meet your expectations. The common sense of 'you get what you pay for' must be understood by everyone. For a few customers who are both interested in cheap prices and demand product quality, please take a detour. In addition, before warehouse distribution and shipment, we will have dedicated personnel inspect the goods to screen out defective products as much as possible. Regarding the issue of damage during transportation, our store has physical stores offline and our warehouse is staffed with experienced personnel who are responsible for packaging and distribution for a long time. They will always be dedicated to helping you pack the goods. However, in the industry, there are inevitably some rough handling behaviors, and even if the packaging is good, it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no damage. If the damage is within 5% of the normal range, please bear the responsibility yourself; If customers cannot afford this at all, please do not place an order. Goods shipped by car: In case of damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters) or accidents (such as car accidents), please negotiate with us to request compensation from the car shipping company. After sales: If the buyer finds that the goods sold in our store do not meet the requirements, are sent incorrectly, or are missing within the same day of receipt, please contact our store in a timely manner on the day of receipt to negotiate relevant matters. Our store will process returns, exchanges, or refunds upon receipt of the returned goods; For the missing goods, either make up the shipment or directly return the corresponding amount of payment to the buyer's Alipay account. For large customers with large quantities, if they are unsure whether the quality of the goods meets the requirements, they can negotiate to send samples. After seeing the samples and being satisfied, they can place an order. (If the goods are returned due to the quality not meeting the requirements without seeing the sample beforehand, the round-trip shipping cost is not related to our store and needs to be borne by the buyer.)
5. Due to the simultaneous sales of our store and physical entities, there may be changes. In case of temporary stock shortage of individual products, the store owner will notify in a timely manner. Buyers can choose to wait for the goods to arrive before shipping, or choose to receive a refund.
