1. First ensure the power switch of the sharper is disconnected; then connect the adapter and power supply; last turn on the switch of the sharper.
2. Sharpening methods
Put the knifee into the left sharpening groove; sharpen 3-8 seconds from the knifee heel to the tip in a uniform speed (4-6 seconds for metal knifee, 6-8 seconds for ceramic knifee).Please sharpen the knifee according to the shape of the blade, and don't use too much force. Put the knifee into the right sharpening groove in the same way (refer to picture 3 and picture 4). To ensure the consi-stency of the blade, the knifee should be sharpened by turns in left and right sharpening groove.
