After sales rules
1. Fault table replacement
If the product is not worn and does not affect secondary sales, and accumulates more than 20 items within 2 months, contact customer service for exchange, and the round-trip postage will be borne by our party (seller);
For items that have not accumulated 20, the buyer shall be responsible for the exchange postage; For items that are more than 2 months old, no exchange will be made.
In order to provide customers with more advantageous products, due to low value and low profit margins, the shipping cost may be much higher than the profit when the number of watches is small. Please understand.
2. Exchange of non faulty meters
When the product is not a quality issue (including minor defects) and needs to be exchanged, it can be exchanged for the same product in different colors or other styles at a discounted price according to the following:
Calculated at a 10% discount on the value of the goods within one month, the buyer shall bear the postage for returns and exchanges;
Within 2 months, the price will be calculated at 20% off the value of the goods, and the postage for returns and exchanges will be borne by the buyer;
Within 3 months, the price will be calculated at a 70% discount based on the value of the goods, and the postage for returns and exchanges will be borne by the buyer.
No after-sales service will be provided for products exceeding 3 months.
When the number of exchanges exceeds 500, or when the number of exchanges exceeds 50% of the corresponding quantity, or when the after-sales style is the style, no returns or exchanges will be made.
Mixed batch
The goods are relatively scattered, with one or two styles and a small quantity of single styles. Due to the scattered nature of the ordered styles, it takes time to arrange and seize the goods. Therefore, if there are out of stock colors, we will increase the quantity of the same style or send other colors of the same style as replacements to make up the total quantity for shipment. Please be informed.
If there is a need to make changes to the shipment, please inform customer service when placing the order to modify the remarks. If there is no contact with customer service or if you make your own remarks, the default shipment will be made. Due to the large shipment volume, orders placed before 4:00 pm on the same day will be shipped on the same day if there is sufficient stock.
