1. When the watch is displaying normally, press the M key: one press is the stopwatch function, the two is the alarm setting, and the third press is the time calendar setting. L= LIGHT, M=MODE, S= START, R= RESET

2. When the time is displayed normally, press the S key to display the date, and press the R key to display the bell time.

3. 12/24 hour status setting: In normal display, press the M key 3 times to enter the time adjustment status, then press the R key 2 times to enter the hour adjustment status, and then press the S key to adjust the 12/24 hour system. After setting, press M key once to return to normal time display. P or PM stands for afternoon (12-hour clock), H is for 24-hour clock.

4. Time setting: In normal display, press the M key 3 times to enter the time adjustment state. The seconds flash, and then press the S key to check the seconds, press the R key again, the minutes flash, and press the S key to check the minutes. In the same way, press the R key to adjust the hour, date, month, and week status. After flashing, press the S key to adjust. After all adjustments are completed, press the M key once to return to the normal display state.

7. Hourly point lift setting: Hold down the R key and press the M key at the same time to select the whole point lift function to turn on/off. When the hourly reminder is turned on, all days of the week will be displayed. When the hourly reminder is off, all days of the week are not displayed.

8. How to use the stopwatch: In the normal display state, press the M key once to enter the stopwatch function, and then press the S key to start the stopwatch. Press the S key once, the stopwatch will stop, and the value will be displayed. Press the R key to reset the value to zero. Press the M key to return to the normal display time.

9. Night light: When you press the L button, the light will be lit. Pressing the light for a time consumes a lot of power.
