1: Product quality issue: Most of the company's products are tested and cleared before being stored in the warehouse. When re shipping, there will be sampling inspections to check the appearance, packaging, and other damages before shipping. We try to reduce the repair rate of products, but be careful that electronic products will not have 100% problems, let alone that? So some individual repairs are normal.
2: Product repair: If the product has quality problems and is not damaged by human factors, and does not exceed the warranty period, the buyer can accumulate a certain amount of defective products and send them back for replacement at once. The replaced products can be sent back together with the ordered goods when they need to be ordered. (Our company is not responsible for the round-trip shipping cost of product repairs, and customers need to pay for it themselves.)
3: Return and exchange issues:
(1) Different products have corresponding warranty periods. If there are quality problems or non-human damage during the warranty period, they can be replaced with new ones. (Depending on the degree of damage to the product's appearance)
(2) If there is a serious quality problem with a single batch of products, and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please try to contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods to solve it. If it exceeds the specified time, it cannot be returned. (The prerequisite for returning the product is that the appearance and packaging of the product must be kept intact and clean, without any signs of damage or wear.)
(3) If there are no quality issues with the product itself, it belongs to human damage. If the packaging is damaged and exceeds the warranty period, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please pack and protect the returned products to avoid damage during transportation and unnecessary losses. Please indicate the quality issue with a note and provide the customer service with the tracking number for your return.
