How to use:

1.Wear the armband properly

Point the armband air nozzle to the lower arm,and ensure the distance between the lower edge of the armband.The elbow joint is 2-3cm,and the armband can be worn at any position around the upper arm.

2.Correctly measured posture

Put your lower arm flat on the table,sit up straight,And make the center of the armband and the heart position at the same height.

3.State of correct measurement

The measurer is not suitable for measurement after meals,exercises,emotional agitation,etc.After sitting still for 5 minutes as shown in the figure,take the measurement again.
